Materials :
- For “Duck, Duck, Goose” : Something soft, such as a stuffed toy or beanbag, to tap students’ heads.
- A printed set of flashcards of the target language
Preparation time : 10 - 15 minutes to prepare “Duck, Duck, Goose”, and flashcards.
Instructions :
1. Begin class with one or two songs. Start with the “Hello song”, and a color song, such as “Robot 3,2,1” at http://www.happyhappykids.com. Run through the actions a few times for each song, before attempting to sing with the CD.
2. Show the flashcards to the class and repeat the words together.
3. Play the “Duck, Duck, Goose” game : Instructions can accessed by left clicking the button below.
4. Say or sing goodbye to your students.
