Instructions :
Hand out a copy of the Appendices to the teams and ask each team to secretly choose one of the characters on their sheet and draw a circle next to the characters name, making sure that their opposing team does not see which character has been chosen. On each turn a team may ask a Yes / No question of the opposing team, such as "Do you have long hair?", or "Are you a man?". The opposing team must answer truthfully. With the information gathered from each answer, teams cross off the characters that the answer eliminates. It is now the turn of the opposing team to ask a question. This sequence of play continues until a team has just one remaining character. If it is their turn they may now ask the question "Are you (Character name)?". If they correctly identify the opposing team's chosen character they have won the game.
"Guess the Face" is best played in color, so before playing consider colouring your appendices using the chart of Appendix F, or you could give the chart to students if time is short.
PERMISSION IS GIVEN TO EDIT AND PRINT THE APPENDICES FOR USE IN THE CLASSROOM.
